A. W. Pink Collection
Ten Valuable Titles
During his lifetime Arthur Walkington Pink was an obscure pastor and author, however, after his death in 1952 he became "one of the most influential evangelical authors in the second half of the twentieth century."
Born in England in 1886 he became a Christian at age 22 and in 1922 he started a magazine called "Studies In The Scriptures." He continued his writing for the remainder of his life.
In this BibleLegacy Book Collection we have ten of Pink's most influencial titles:
- Gleanings From Elisha
- Gleanings From Paul
- Gleanings In Joshua
- Gleanings In The Godhead
- Gleanings in Exodus
- Gleanings in Genesis
- Gospel Of John
- Hebrews
- The Life of David
- The Life of Elijah
Six of these titles are from his "Gleaning" series which glean practical truths from the lives and accounts of the topic at hand. Two titles examine the life of a key Bible character. The "Life of David" is an excellent examination of David's complicated and varied life. The other two titles are passage by passage commentaries, the "Gospel of John" and "Hebrews."
